AN ORDINANCE
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ,
TEXAS, PROVIDING THAT THE CODE OF ORDINANCES,
CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS BE AMENDED BY REVISING
SECTIONS 18-32 STOP, 18-35 YIELD, 18-76
SPEED, 18-91 PARKING PROHIBITED, OF SAID CODE
WHEREAS, based on engineering and traffic surveys and
investigations, it has been determined that there should be
certain amendments to the traffic regulations of the City of
Schertz, Texas, as outlined and defined in Chapter 18 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Schertz, Texas; NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS:

THAT Section 18-32 - STOP INTERSECTIONS, of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Schertz, Texas, be amended by adding
the following:
Through Street Cross or Stop Streets
FM 3009 Woodland Oaks Drive
Woodland Oaks Drive Hidden Grove Lane
Kingsland Circle
Kline Circle

THAT Section 18-76 SPEED LIMITS, of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Schertz, Texas, be amended by adding the
following:

THAT Section 18-91 PARKING PROHIBITED of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Schertz, Texas be amended by adding the
following:

Live Oak Road Either side from FM 78 to FM 3009
Elbel Road Either side from Live Oak Road to
FM 3009

THAT all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
