AN ORD INANCE
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS,
PROVIDING THAT THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF
SCHERTZ, TEXAS, BE AMENDED BY REVISING SECTIONS
18-32 STOP AND SECTION 13.35 YIELD OF SAID CODE.
WHEREAS, based on engineering and tra~fic surveys and investi-
gations, it has been determined that there should be certain amendments
to the traffic regulations of the City of Schertz, Texas, as outlined
and defined in Chapter 18 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Schertz,
Texas; NOW THEREFORE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS:

THAT Section 18.32 - Stop Intersections, of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Schertz, Texas, be amended by adding the following:

THAT all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with this
ordinance are hereby- repealed.
