AN ORDINANCE
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS PROVIDING
THAT THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS BE
AMENDED BY REVISING CHAPTER 86, SECTION 86-42, SAME- ALL-WAY
STOPS; AND PROVIDING A REPEALING CLAUSE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS
SECTION I
THAT, Section 86-42 of the Code of Ordinances, City of Schertz, Texas be amended to
add the following:
"Section 86-42, Same - All-Way Stops
Four-way stop intersections shall be established:
Brook Hollow Drive and Rolling Brook Lane"
SECTION II
THAT, all Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby
repealed.
