AN ORDINANCE
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ,
TEXAS, PROVIDING THAT THE CODE OF ORDINANCES,
CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS, BE AMENDED BY
REVISING SECTION 18-76 OF SAID CODE;
PROVIDING FOR SPEED LIMITS ON WARE-SEGUIN
ROAD.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS:

THAT Section 18-76 of the Code of Ordinances of the
City of Schertz, Texas be amended to read as follows:
"Section 18-76. Maximum limits on specific streets.
Street
Extent Speed Limit
Ware-Seguin Road
From the west curb line of
FM 1518 to the western limits
of the City of Schertz 40 MPH"

THAT all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
