AN ORDINANCE
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ,
TEXAS, PROVIDING THAT THE CODE OF ORDINANCES,
CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS, BE AMENDED BY
REVISING SECTION 18-76 OF SAID CODE:
PROVIDING FOR SPEED LIMIT ON EAST LIVE OAK
ROAD.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS:

THAT Section 18-76 of the Code of Ordinances of the
City of Schertz, Texas, be amended to read as follows:
"Section 18-76. Maximum limits on specific streets.
Street
Extent
Speed Limit
East Live Oak Rd.
From a point approximately
3/10 of a mile west and south
of the southwestern curb line
of Jack Hays Blvd. to the
northeastern curb line of
Schertz Parkway
40 MPH
From the southwestern curb line
of Jack Hays Blvd. to a point
approximately 3/10 of a mile
west and south of said curb line
30 MPH

THAT all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
