AN ORDINANCE
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ,
TEXAS, PROVIDING THAT THE CODE OF ORDINANCES,
CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS, BE AMENDED BY
REVISING SECTION 18-76 MAXIMUM LIMITS ON
SPECIFIC STREETS OF SAID CODE AND PROVIDING A
REPEALING CLAUSE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS:
SECTION I
THAT section 18-76 of the Code of Ordinances of the
City of Schertz, Texas, be amended by adding the following:
Street
Extent
Speed Limit
Lower Seguin Road
From the western side of Farm
to Market Road 1518 to the
Western most city limits
40 MPH
SECTION II
THAT all ordinances or parts of ordinances In conflict
with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
