BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ,
TEXAS AMENDING THE UNIFIED DEVELOPMENT
CODE (UDC) ORDINANCE 96-S-28 BY REZONING 6.9261
ACRES OUT OF THE STACY B. LEWIS SURVEY No. 138,
IN BEXAR COUNTY, SCHERTZ, TEXAS FROM
RESIDENTIAL/AGRICUL TURAL DISTRICT (R-A) TO
MANUFACTURE DISTRICT - LIGHT (M-l) WITH
CERTAIN RESTRICTIONS; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE; AND PROVIDING A REPEALING CLAUSE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS:
THAT, UDC Ordinance No. 96-S-28 of the City of Schertz, Texas is hereby amended in the
following manner.
SECTION I
"Rezoning 6.9261 acres being situated out of the Stacy B. Lewis Survey No. 138, Bexar County,
Schertz Texas, more particularly described in the Field Notes and Map, as attached hereto as
Exhibit A (the "Property"), from Residential/Agricultural District (R-A) to Manufacture
District - Light (M-l), with further restrictions to those uses within the M-I classification that
are permitted under General Business - 3 (GB-3)."
SECTION n
THAT, The Zoning District Map described and referred to in Article III, of the UDC, Ordinance
96-S-28 shall be changed to reflect the above amendments.
