AN ORDINANCE
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ,
TEXAS, PROVIDING THAT THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES, CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS, BE
AMENDED BY REVISING SECTION 18-91 PARKING
PROHIBITED. OF SAID CODE.
WHEREAS, based on engineering and traffic surveys and
investigations, it has been determined that there should be
certain amendments to the traffic regulations of the City of
Schertz, Texas. NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ,
TEXAS:

THAT Section 18-91 PARKING PROHIBITED of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Schertz, Texas be amended by
adding the following:

Mill
West side fifty (50) feet
from FM 78 right-of-way.
II
THAT all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
