ORDINANCE NO. 9'1 -O-If
AN ORDINANCE
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ,
TEXAS, PROVIDING THAT THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
BE AMENDED BY REVISING SECTION 18-32 STOP
INTERSECTIONS; SECTION 18-33 FOUR-WAY STOPS
AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF
ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ,
TEXAS:
SECTION I
THAT Section 18-32 of the Code of Ordinances, City of
Schertz, Texas, be amended by deleting the following:
"Section 18-32 Stop Intersections-Designated-Generally.
Through Street
Cross or Stop Street
Savannah Drive
Broughton
Woodland Oaks
Cedar Lane"
THAT Section 18-32 of the Code of Ordinances, City of
Schertz, Texas be amended by adding the following:
Through Street
Cross or Stop Street
Oglethorpe
Habersham
SECTION II
THAT Section 18-33 of the Code of Ordinances, City of
Schertz, Texas, be amended by adding the following:
"Section 18-33 Stop Intersections-Designated-Four-way Stops
(g) Savannah Drive and Broughton
(h) Savannah Drive and Forsyth Park
(i) Woodland Oaks and Cedar Lane
Section III
THAT all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
