AN ORDINANCE
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS
PROVIDING THAT THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS BE AMENDED BY REVISING
SECTION 18-32, STOP INTERSECTIONS - DESIGNATED -
GENERALLY; AND PROVIDING A REPEALING CLAUSE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ,
TEXAS;
SECTION I
THAT, Section 18-32 of the Code of Ordinances, City of Schertz, Texas be
amended to read as follows:
"Sec. 18-32, Stop Intersections - Designated - Gernerally
Through Street
Stop Street
Schertz Parkway
Prairie Lane
Union Pacific Railroad
Doerr Lane (each side of
railroad crossing)"
SECTION 2
THAT all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are
hereby repealed.
