2005D47 Stop Intersections
ORDINANCE NO. 05-D-47
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS
PROVIDING THAT THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
SCHERTZ, TEXAS BE AMENDED BY REVISING CHAPTER 18,
TRAFFIC AND MOTOR VEIDCLE, SECTION 18-32, STOP
INTERSECTIONS; AND PROVIDING A REPEALING CLAUSE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS
SECTION I
THAT, Section 18-32 of the Code of Ordinances, City of Schertz, Texas be amended to
add the following:
"Section 18-32, Stop intersections-Designated-Generally
Through Street
Cross or Stop Street
Misty Hollow
Shady Brook"
SECTION n
THAT, all Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby
repealed.
