2004A44-Annexation 119.44 acres Maske Rd at FM1518Tract ORDINANCE N0. ~~ ~ - ~~ AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE EXTENSION F THE BOUNDARY LINES OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS BY THE ANNEXATION OF APPROXIMATELY 119.44 ACRES OCATED ADJACENT TO EXISTING CITY LIMITS LINE PARALLEL T MASKS ROAD AT FM 1518; AND RELATED MATTERS WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Schertz (the "City") has Bete 'ned that it should annex the territory described on Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof (th "Annexed Land"); and WHEREAS, the Annexed Land is located entirely within the extraterritori jurisdiction of the City and maybe annexed pursuant to Chapter 43 of the Texas Local Government Co e, as amended (the "Act"); and WHEREAS, the City has complied with all requirements of the Act relating o annexation of the Annexed Land; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City finds that (i) the Annexed Land is s itable for municipal purposes and (ii) it is in the best interest of the City and the citizens and inhabit nts thereof that the Annexed Land be annexed to and made a part of the City.
