BE IT OHDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS:
If any railroad conductor or acting conductor in charge
of an enGine or train of cars shall stop or chuse to be stopped
any railroad engine, car or cars across any street, alley, or

This ordinance s~all become effective upon passage and
puhlication as provided by law.
