BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SCHERTZ, TEXAS
SECTION 1: That, arrests, without warrant may be made by
any police officer of the City of Schertz, when offenses against
the laws 01' o;:'dinances are committed in their presence
or where pe~sons are found in suspicious places, and under
circumstances wllich reasonably show that such persons have
been guilty of some felony 01' breach of the peace, or threaten
