SECTICli 1. Tbat it 8ball hereafter be lII1lawful for any pereon to construct
or struetvally alter 8l1Y lmilding wittrln the city liIIIits of the city of
Schertz, Texas, without obtaining a permit therefor trom the City Secretary
except; where the total cost of such construction. or alteration does not
exceed $25.00. Application for such lmilding permit shall be made upon a
form furrdshed by the city.

,shall be deemed guilty of a miBdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be
fined. in any SllIIl not to exceed $100.00.
