AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE SALARIES, FEES AND COMPENSATION OF
CERTAIN OFFICES OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS:
1. That the salary of the members of the city council
of the City of Schertz, Texas, to beelected at the next annual
election shall remain as heretofore fixed by the City Council.
2. That the Recorder of the Corporation Court of the City
of Schertz, Texas, shall during and for his next ensuing term
receive a salary of $50.00 per month, payable for each and every
month during such term and all fees to which he may be entitled
by ordinance heretofore enacted by the City Council of the City
of Schertz, Texas.
3. That the City Secretary shall perform the duties of
City Tax Collector and Assessor and Treasurer and shall receive
for his services a salary of $150.00 per month.
4. That the Marshall to be elected at the next. annual
election of officers of the City of Schertz, Texas, shall
receive as remuneration for the term for which ".e is elected
at such election a sCllary of $75.00 per month, ,\11 ::'eos o'c
corporation court heretofore fixed by ordinance of this city
and the sum of $100.00 per month to defray his automobile and
other expenses of offices.
