BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS:

1. Th&t Ordinance No. 57, entitled Fire Limits Ordinance of the
city of 'Che~\; Texae, be amended in the fOllOWinq~cte'
a. ThaI there be deleted from that are ~i:~in the fire
limits of said c:ey, so that same shall

the. following described tract of land, viz:
All that ce~in tract or p~rc of land situated in the
City of Schertz, in Guadalupe County, Texas, being out of
and a part of e G. Malpaz urvey, and being part of a
6.87 acres retai ed by A;7:t r E. Seiler out of 18.7 acres
of land purchase from th Texas and New Orleans Rail-
way Company by dee date May 31, 1944 and recorded in
Guadalupe County De~d Record Volume 204 on pages 397-9
and again recorded in~6uadalupe County Deed Record Vol.
249 on pages 50-3, tn t portion of said 6.87 acres here
conveyed being desciib by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a poi~t in he south line of the Seguin-
San Antonio HighW~y, whic point is south 57 degrees
30 minutes east~68.37 feet from the beginning point
of that property heretofore conveyed by the Texas and
New Orleans R~ilroad Company to Arthur E. Seiler as

above set out; THENCE south 5 degrees 30 m~nutes east
188.02 feet~ THENCE north 61 de rees 9 minutes east 255.4
feet to a/~oint in thewest line f that 20 foot easement
heretofore given by Arthur E. Sei er to Edward Zimmerman
as shown in Guadalupe County Deed ecord Volume 335 on
page 481; THENCE north 28 degrees ~ minutes west along
the west or southwest line of said 2 foot right of way
above mentioned, 165 feet to a point in the south line
of Seguin-San Antonio Highway; THENCE south 61 degrees 9
minutes west with the south line of sa'd highway, 350.4
feet to the place of beginning.
