AN ORDINANCE Al1ENDING SECTION Ia OF AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS,
BEARING NO. 80 ENTITLED: AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE USE OF SErVERS AND PROVIDING
RATES FOR SEWER SERVICE IN THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS, PRESCRIBING A PENALTY OF NOT
MORE THAN $100.00 FOR ONE VIOLATION THEREOF. DEFINING VIOLATIONS, CONTAINING A
"AVINGS CLAUSE AND REPEALING ALL CONFLICTING ORDINANCES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS:
That Section la of an Ordinance of the City of Schertz, Texas bearing No. 80 and

entitled: An Crdinance regulating the use of sewers and providing rates for sewer
service in the City of Schertz, Texas, prescribing a penalty of not more than $100.00
for one violation thereof. r€fining violations, containing a savings clause and re-
pealing all conflicting ordinances; shall be and is by t,his ordinance amended to read
as follows:
l. That for each and every connection made to the City's sanitary sewer system the
following' charges and rates are hereby fixed:
a. Residental Connections
A minimum charge of Two Dollars ($2.00) for each connection within the corporate
limits of the City serving five or less fixtures and twenty-five cents ($0.25) per
month additional for each opening served by such connection.
This ordinance shall be effective as of December, 1965.
