ORDINANCE NO. 130
ORDINANCE FORBIDDING LOITERING ON STREETS OR PUBLIC PLACES
IN THE CITY OF SCHERTZ AND PROVIDING A PENALTY
Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Schertz,
Texas:
1. It shall be unlawful for any person to loaf, loiter,
or idle on and along any street or public place within the City
of Schertz, Texas, when not engaged in a legitimate business or
purpose or when engaged in an iwnoral enterprise.
2. Any person violating this ordinance shall be fined
not to exceed Two Hundred (~200.00) Dollars.
Passed and approved this the 2nd day of September, 1965.
