ORDINANCE NO. 128
ORDINANCE DESIGNATING MAXIMUM REASONABLE AND PRUDENT SPEED FOR
CERTAIN STREETSIN THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS, AND PROVIDING A
PENALTY FOR ANY VIOLATION THEREOF
Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Schertz,
Texas:
I,The maximum reasonable and prudent speed for the following
streets or portions thereof shall be as hereinafter set out and
any speed in excess thereof shall be prima facie evidence that
such speed is not reasonable or prudent and that it is unlawful:

2. Any person violating any provisions of the ordinance
