AN ORDINANCE
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ,
TEXAS PROVIDING THAT THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS BE
AMENDED BY REVISING SECTION 18-33, STOP
INTERSECTIONS-DESIGNATED ALL-WAY STOPS;
AND PROVIDING A REPEALING CLAUSE.
BE IT ORDAINED
TEXAS:
BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE
SECTION !
CITY OF SCHERTZ,
THAT, Section 18-33 of the Code of Ordinances, City of Schertz, Texas be
amended to add the following:
"Section 18-33 - Stop Intersections - Designated Ali-Way Stops
Cherry Tree and Chelsea; and
Mayfair Drive and Brookhead."
SECTION
THAT all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are
hereby repealed.
