2008D41-Speed Limits School
ORDINANCE NO. 08-D-41
AN ORDINANCE BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ,
TEXAS PROVIDING THAT THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
SCHERTZ, TEXAS BE AMENDED BY REVISING SECTION 86-118,
MAXIMUM LIMITS IN SCHOOL ZONES; AND PROVIDING A REPEALING
CLAUSE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS:
SECTION I
THAT, Section 86-118 of the Code of Ordinances, City of Schertz, Texas be amended to
add the following:
"Section 86-118, Maximum Limits In School Zones"
Street Extent Speed Limit
Old Wiederstein Rd. 300 feet Northeast of Fairlawn Ave., 20 MPH
to 300 feet Southwest of school property
Fairlawn Ave. from Wiederstein Rd. to Mineral Springs" 20 MPH
SECTION II
1. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are
hereby repealed.
2. This Ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its final passage.
