CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING A REPEALING CLAU
BE IT
TEXAS:
ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SECTION 1
THAT, Section 18-49 of the Code of Ordinances, Cit
Texas be added as follows:
"Section 18-49, Parking Regulations on FM 78 Public Parking Lots
THAT, the City Council is hereby authorized to esta
regulations, including the establishment of 24 hour, two-hour p~
relating to public parking lots on FM 78. Such regulations shall b~
appropriate signage, giving reasonable notice to the public.
SECTION 2
THAT, violation of such parking regulations shall be put
fine not to exceed the legal maximum for each day of violation."
SECTION 3
THAT, all ordinances or parts of ordinances in con'
ordinance are hereby repealed.
