<br />07-8-13 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE <br /> <br />BY TilE CITY COUNCIL OF IIlE CITY OF SCHERTZ, <br />TEXAS AMENDING .IIlE UNIFIED DEVELOPMENT <br />CODE (UDC) ORDINANCE 96-S-28 BY REZONING 89.298:l: <br />ACRES OUT OF TilE RAFAEL GARZA SURVEY <br />NUMBER 98, ABSTRACT 175, IN COMAL COUNTY, <br />SCHERTZ, TEXAS FROM GENERAL BUSINESS <br />DISTRICT (GB) AND PRE-DEVELOPMENT (PD) TO <br />GENERAL BUSINESS DISTRICT - 2; PROVIDING AN <br />EFFECTIVE DA TE; AND PROVIDING A REPEALING <br />CLAUSE. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY litE CITY COUNCIL OF TilE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS: <br /> <br />THAT, UDC Ordinance No. 96-S-28 of the City of Schertz, Texas is hereby amended in the <br />following manner. <br /> <br />SECTION I <br /> <br />"Rezoning 89.298:1: acres being situated out of the Rafael Garza Survey Number 98, Abstract <br />175, Comal County, Schertz Texas, more particularly described in the Field Notes and Map, as <br />attached hereto as Exhibit A, from General Business District (GB) and Pre-Development (PD) to <br />General Business District - 2 (GB2)." <br /> <br />SECTION II <br /> <br />THAT, The Zoning District Map described and referred to in Article III, of the UDC, Ordinance <br />96-S-28 shall be changed to reflect the above amendments. <br /> <br />ZC2006-025-lli 35 Hubertus Investments I Zoning <br />
