In accordance with the provisions of the Texas Elections Code, Sections 52.094, 172.082, and
172.084 notice is hereby given of a drawing to determine the order in which the names of
candidates are to be printed on the ballot for the Special Election for Place 6 to be held April 4,
2026, in the City of Schertz, Texas.
The drawing will be held at 9:00 a.m. at the City Administration,
Building 2, Admin Conference Room, 1400 Schertz Parkway, Schertz, TX 78154.

I, SHEREE COURNEY, DEPUTY CITY SECRETARY OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS, DO HEREBY CERTIFY
THAT THE ABOVE NOTIFICATION WAS PREPARED AND POSTED ON THE OFFICIAL BULLETIN BOARDS
