The Transportation Safety Advisory Commission (TSAC) will convene on
Thursday, January 6, 2005
6:30pm in the Municipal Complex Conference Room, 1400 Schertz
Parkway, Schertz, Texas. The Agenda is as follows:
1. Call to Order
2. Review and Approval of Minutes: December 2, 2004
3. Citizens to be heard.
4. Prior to the elections members will be questioned about their
intentions of remaining on the Commission for 2005.
5. TSAC Ordinance Exhibit 1, Section 4 requires at the first meeting
of each calendar year members of the Commission will elect a
Chairman and a Vice -Chairman to officiate at meetings. We shall
comply.
6. City Manager has solicited a legal opinion from the City attorney as
to the method of determining each member's length of Term i.e.;
One year or two year (Agenda item #7, of December 2, 2004
minutes.)
7. Status of 3-way stop at Chelsea and Cherry St. intersection. Will
traffic counts warrant this action?
7. Copy of Amtrak letter mailed to Senator Kaye Bailey Hutchinson.
8. General discussion to include new concerns by Commission
members.
9. Adjournment. Next meeting Feburary 3, 2005
