The Transportation Safety Advisory Commission (TSAC) will convene on
Thursday, June 2,2005
6:30pm in the Municipal Complex Conference Room, 1400 Schertz
Parkway, Schertz, Texas. The Agenda is as follows:
1. Call to Order
2. Review and Approval of Minutes: May 5, 2005
3. Citizens to be heard.
4. Status of Corbett Middle School flashing school zone warning sign
relocation.
5. Request for additional traffic count on Green Valley Road at FM
3009.
6. Schertz P.D. requests that TSAC initiate a request to TxDot
correction poor drainage on IH 35 past Wiederstein Road.
7. Discuss action taken to correct Northcliffe Home Owners
dissatisfaction of NO Parking Zone signs.
8 Correspondence mailed to Mr. Joe Castro re; Scenic Hills
community concerns over IH35 access road and FM 1103 traffic
problems into Northcliffe.
9. Discuss action taken to correct Wiederstein Rd. and Old
Wiederstein Rd. speed limits standardization versus increasing or
decreasing present speeds. Correspondence on this subject mailed
to Mr. Larry A. Henk.
10. Vote on two applicants to replace out going member Terry Wells.
11. Bike Lane on Country Club Dr. (1 side only to test), starting at IH
35 Northside heading west. Consider no over night parking for
commercial vehicles.
12. Consider placement of Speed Hump on Circle Oak Dr. in front of
Frank Johnson's house as a test site.
13. General discussion to include new concerns by Commission
