2004S12-REZONINGAN ORDINANCE BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS AMENDING THE UNIFIED DEVELOPMENT CODE (UDC) ORDINANCE NO. 96-S-28 BY REZONING 5.9 ACRES FROM PREDEVELOPMENT (PD) TO RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT 6 (Ra). BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS' THAT, UDC Ordinance No. 96-S-28 of the City of Schertz, Texas is hereby amended in the following manner. SECTION 1 "Rezoning 5.9 acres of land out of Guadalupe County, Texas, being more particularly described in the Field Notes attached and made a part hereof, from Predevelopment (PD) to Residential District 6 (R-6)."
