an open meeting, subject to the open meeting laws of the State of Texas. Notice of time, date, place, and agenda is hereby posted on or before Monday, August 10, 2009 at 6:30 p.m., as
required by law. This facility is wheelchair accessible and accessible parking spaces are available. Audio units for the hearing impaired are available for any meeting. Advanced notice
