1. The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Chairman Wise.
2. Minutes of the Special Meeting of August 31, 1977 were approved.
Mr. Linebarger made the motion and Mr. Sharp seconded. Vote was
unanimous.
3. There were no residents requesting to be heard.
4. ,PC-13 - Horseshoe Oaks master plan was discussed. Recommendation from
the Chief of Police and Streets and Parks Superintendent
concerning street widths, were presented to the Commission.
After lengthy discussion, the following recommendations were
adopted.
a. The north entry as depicted on Master Plan, be designated
a secondary thoroughfare from FM 3009 to the west boundary
line, 60 foot right-of-way, 40-44 feet pavement. Additionally,
in the first 200 feet or, from FM 3009 to the end of the
Commercial district, a concrete median, minimum of 2 feet
in width shall be constructed.
b. The south entry, as depicted on the Master Plan, be de-
signated as a secondary thoroughfare (60 feet R.O.W. -
40-44 feet pavement) from FM 3009 to the end of the
commercial district,.a concrete median, 2 feet minimum,
shall be constructed.
Mr. Linebarger made the motion and Mr. Sharp seconded. The vote
was unanimous.
5. Mr. Clyde Hale's subdivision preliminary plat was postponed until the
next Regular Meeting.
6. The Preliminary Plat of Biegert's subdivision was presented by Mr. & Mrs.
Biegert. The review of the plat showed a few minor discrepancies, which
will be corrected prior to final plat approval. Mr. Sharp made a motion
for preliminary acceptance and Mr. Linebarger seconded the motion. The
vote was unanimous.
7. There were no items for General Discussion.
