08-31-1977 SPECIAL M©ETING OF THE PLANNTNG AND ZONTNG COMMTSSTON AUGUST 31, 1977 MEMBERS PRESENT: S~~~E PRESENT Johnnie Wise - Chairman Bob Jacobson - City Inspector Betty Wise - Secretary Adolph Aguilar - Vice Chairman Charles Sharp INTERESTED PARTIES John Linebarger Mr. Jarossewski Ray Stanhope (owner of proposed Horseshoe Oaks Project) 1. The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Chairman Johnny Wise.. 2. Since there was not a meeting last session; there was not any minutes to approve. 3. There were no residents requesting to be heard. 4. Mrs. Wise made first motion for appointment of Mr. Aguilar for Vice Chairman of the Planning and Zoning Commission. The motion was second by Mr. Linebarger, accepted and appointment made unanimously. 5. Horseshoe Oaks master plan was presented by Mr. Slay, project engineer. Mr. Linebarger suggested that Police Chief Schoonover be contacted in regard to the main artery leading from the project.. Here is approxi- mately 600 homes to be constructed on this site ranging in price range from $50,000. The master plan was accepted with Mr. Linebarger's first motion and Mr. Sharp's second motion. 6. Northcliffe Country Club and Northcliffe Community Section 3A approved. Mr. Stanhope made the first motion and Mr. Aguilar seconded the motion. This was approved unanimously. 7. General Discussion 8.
