REGULAR MEETING OF THE PLAIVNING & ZONIiJG COMMISSION

2. The meeting was called to order at 7:.00 P.M. by Chairman Wise.
3. The minutes of the preceeding meeting were approved.
4. Mr. Garza informed the commission that Mr. Outwin (U.S. Homes) called
City Hall at 4:30 P.M. today, stating that he would not be available
for the meeting and requested a postponment: The subject in question
is the variance request for sidewalk widths in Northcliffe Subdivision-.-
. The commission denied the postponment request by Mr. Outwin. Mr. Line-
barger made a motion that the variance to a11ow U.S. Homes to construct
three (3) foot sidewalks be disapproved, and that the requirementr~of ,
four (4) sidewalks, as specified in the Subdivision Ordinance be enforced.
The motion was seconded by Mr. Aguilar and the motion carried unanimously.
5. Mr. Garza informed the commission of the following date changes in regard
to "Showtime City"
a. Public Hearing on Annexation: Joint meeting of City Council and P & Z
Commission 14 June 1977.
b. Public Hearing on Rezoning: Joint meeting of City Council :ind P & Z
Commission 15 June 197?.
c. There was a general ~isc~ssion on various subjects relating to the
city.
