CALL TO ORDER AT 5:30 P.M. Members present: Members not present: Andy Bores ? Chairman Joey Bishop - Alternate Member Kevin Bean - High School Liaison Ronald White - Alternate Member Tracy Bean Larry Franklin Stephen Bish Bill Bowers Doreen Bowers Larry Dublin, City Engineer Michael Goos - Alternate Member Max Hernandez Mike Harris ? Assistant to Police Chief Mary Spence - Vice Chairwoman Deborah Stone - Alternate Member Sam Willoughby - P W Director HEARING OF RESIDENTS Chairman Bores recognized the following: Mr. Brockman. 1000 Elbel Road, Apt. #14, who was present to ask about the stop sign at the corner of FM 3009 and Elbel Road. Problem with the light is it does not change. 1. Minutes - Consideration and or action regarding the approval of the minutes of October 1, 2009. Motion to accept October 1, 2009 minutes by Max Hernandez and seconded by Larry Franklin with minor corrections. -All Ayes- 2. Forest Ridge Subdivision - Blue Forest Dr ? Neighbors on Blue Forest Drive, Monument Pass and Deep Spring Pass will complete an application for speed humps. Closed ïîóðíóðç ß¹»²¼¿Ð¿¹»ó í ó 3. City Council Action - Councilman Scagliola briefed Commission that there will no longer be liaisons to board, commissions or committees. 4. City Engineer Report Larry Dublin ? City Engineer to brief Commission on status on the following projects. Rural Roads Phase #1 Project Lower Seguin Road, Boenig, and North Greytown construction has begun. Wiederstein Road construction for the bridge between the City of Schertz and Selma has begun. Morning Drive and Country Club Blvd - construction three weeks left. Commissioners Length of Term 5.: By staggering terms, this will eliminate a large majority of terms at the same time. Motion made by Max Hernandez to except the schedule proposed and second motion made by Bill Bowers. - All Ayes- 6.
