AN ORDINANCE
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS
AMENDING THE UNIFIED DEVELOPMENT CODE (UDq
ORDINANCE NO. 96-S-28 BY REZONING 26.385:!: ACRES OUT OF
GUADALUPE COUNTY, TEXAS FROM APARTMENT/MULTI-
FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT-4 (R-4) TO GENERAL
BUSINESS (GB).
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ,
TEXAS;
THAT, UDC Ordinance No. 96-S-28 of the City of Schertz, Texas is hereby amended in
the following manner.
SECTION I
"Rezoning 26.385:!: acres of land out of Guaalupe County, Texas, being
more particularly described in the Field Notes attached and made a part
hereof, from Apartment/Multi-family Residential District-4 (RA) to
General Business (GB)"
SECTION II
THAT, The Zoning District Maps described and referred to in Article III, of the UDC,
Ordinance 96-S-28 shall be changed to reflect the above amendments.
