How much development does the City want on FM 1518 -What type of development and zoning designation How much development does the City want on the north side of IH-35. -Look into modifying zoning designation of MI to possibly a ?mixed use? -Do businesses need to be compatible to the current use -Include landowners in discussions -Seek sources such as San Antonio or Austin-what was done in their cities -Staff to research and report finding to Council, possibly mid May.
