1996S18- REZONING APPROX. 14 ACRES I ORDINANCE NO. 9.0-5- /? AN ORDINANCE BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS, AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 87-S-1 BY REZONING APPROXIMATELY 14 ACRES OF LAND OUT OF GUADALUPE COUNTY AND REFLECTING SUCH CHANGES ON CERTAIN ZONING MAPS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE SCHERTZ ZONING ORDINANCE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS: SECTION I THAT Zoning Ordinance No. 87-S-l of the City of Schertz, Texas, is hereby amended in the following manner: "Rezone approximately 10.75 acres of land out of Guadalupe County, Texas, being more particularly described on the Field Notes and Planning and Zoning Commission notes attached and made a part hereof, from GB (General Business) to R-2 (Single-Family Dwelling District). SECTION II Rezone approximately 3.25 acres of land out of Guadalupe County, Texas, being more particularly described on the Field Notes and Planning and Zoning Commission notes attached and made a part hereof, from GB (General Business) to NS (Neighborhood Services)." SECTION II I THAT the Zoning District Maps described and referred to in Article II, Section 3.1 and 3.2 of the City of Schertz Zoning Ordinance No. 87-S-l shall be changed to reflect the above amendments.
