BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ,
TEXAS, AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 87-S-1
BY REZONING 1.0084 ACRES OF LAND OUT OF GUADALUPE
COUNTY AND REFLECTING SUCH CHANGES ON CERTAIN
ZONING MAPS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE SCHERTZ ZONING
ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ,
TEXAS:
SECTION I
THAT Zoning Ordinance No. 87-S-1 of the City of
Schertz, Texas, is hereby amended in the following manner:
"Rezone a 1.0084 acre tract of land out of
Guadalupe County, Texas, being more particularly
described on the Field Notes attached and made a
part hereof, from NS (Neighborhood Services) to
R-6 (Single-Family Dwelling District)."
SECTION I I
THAT the Zoning District Maps described and referred
to in Article II, Section 3.1 and 3.2 of the City of
Schertz Zoning Ordinance No. 87-S-1 shall be changed to
reflect the above amendments.

Right of Way line of Dimrock being the most

and the Northwest boundary of said Lot 1, Block 9,
the following:
73.08 feet with the arc of a cur's concave to the
Northwest having a radius of 550.00 feet, a
central angle of 07.36'46" and a chord bearing and
distance of N40.48'56"E, 73.02 f6et to a found ~"
iron pin being a point of reverse curvature;
201.05 feet with the arc of a curve concave to the
Southeast having a radius of 494.00 feet, a
central angle of 23.19'06" and a chord bearing and
distance of N48.40'06"E, 199.66 teet to a found loz"
iron pin being a point of tangency;
N60.19'39"E (reference line), 43.70 feet to a
point being the most Northerly corner of the
herein described tract;
Thence:
S29'28'07"E, 181.23 feet leaving the Southeast
Right of Way line of Dimrock to a point on the
Southeast boundary of said Lot 1, Block 9;
S61'03'03"W, 217.21 feet with the Southeast
boundary of said Lot 1, Block 9 to a found "X" on
concrete being the most Southerly corner of said
Lot 1, Block 9 and the most Southerly corner of
the herein described tract;
