1991S15- AMENDING 87S1 ARTICLE V ORDINANCE '1/-5-/.5 AN ORDINANCE BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS, AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 87-S-1, ARTICLE V SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT REGULATIONS R-1, ARTICLE VI SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT REGULATIONS R-2, ARTICLE VII - SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT REGULATIONS R-6, ARTICLE VIII - SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING MANUEACTUHED HOUSING DISTRICT REGULATIONS R-7, ARTICLE IX - TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT R-3, ARTICLE X - APARTMENT/MULTI-FAMILY DWELLING DISTHICT R-4, ARTICLE XI - GARDEN HOME DWELLING DISTRICT R-5A & R-5B, ARTICLE XIV OFFICE AND PROFESSIONAL DISTRICT, ARTICLE XV - NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT, ARTICLE XVI GENERAL BUSINESS DISTRICT, ARTICLE XIX - PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT; AND PROVIDING A REPEALING CLAUSE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS I THAT, Zoning Ordinanee 87-S-1 of the City of Schertz, Texas, Article V - Single Family Dwelling District Regulations R-1 is hereby amended in the following manner: "Section 3.9 - Accessory Buildings Second Sentence Accessory three (3') buildings shall not be placed in an easement or within feet of the common property line. II THAT, Zoning Ordinance 87-S-1 of the City of Schertz, Texas, Article VI - Single Family Dwelling District Regulations R-2 lS hereby amended in the following manner: Section 3.9 - Accessory Buildings Second Sentence Aeeessory buildings shall not be placed in an easement or within three (3') feet of the common property line. III THAT, Zoning Ordinanee 87-S-1 of the City of Schertz, Texas, Article VII - Single Family Dwelling District Regulations R-6 is hereby amended in the following manner: Section 3.9 - Aecessory Buildings Second Sentence Accessory buildings shall not be placed in an easement or within three (3') feet of the common property line. IV THAT, Zoning Ordinance 87-S-1 of the City of Schertz, Texas, Article VIII Single Family Dwelling Manufactured Housing District Regulations R-7 is hereby amended in the following manner: Section 3.9 - Accessory Buildings Seeond Sentence Accessory three (3') buildings shall not be placed in an easement or within feet of the common property line. V THAT, Zoning Ordinance 87-s-1 of the City of Schertz, Texas, Article IX Two Family Dwelling District R-3 is hereby amended in the following manner: Section 3.9 - Accessory Buildings Second Sentence Aceessory three (3') buildings shall not be plaeed in an easement or within feet of the common property line. VIII THAT, Zoning Ordinance 87-S-1 of the City of Schertz, Texas, Article XIV - Office and Professional District is hereby amended in the following manner: section 5.8 - Accessory Buildings Seeond Sentence Accessory buildings shall not be placed in an easement or within three (3') feet of the common property line. IX THAT, Zoning Ordinance Article XV Neighborhood in the following manner: 87-S-1 of the City of Sehertz, Texas, Service District is hereby amended Section 5.9 - Accessory Buildings Second Sentence Accessory three (3') buildings shall not be placed in an easement or within feet of the common property line.
