BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ.
TEXAS, AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 87-
S-l BY REZONING A 2.286 ACRE TRACT OF LAND
OUT OF GUADALUPE COUNTY AND REFLECTING SUCH
CHANGES ON CERTAIN ZONING MAPS IN ACCORDANCE
WITH THE SCHERTZ ZONING ORDINANCE.
BY IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS:

THAT Zoning Ordinance No. 87-S-1 of the City of
Schertz. Texas is hereby amended to rezone a 2.286 acre tract of
land out of Guadalupe County as described in the attached metes
and bounds from General Business (GB) to Garden Home Dwelling
District (R-5A).

BEGINNING: At a point of intersection of the projection of the Southeast
line of Pecan Drive with the Southwest line of Sch~rtz Parkway, for the
North corner of this tract;
