1987S28- AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE ORDINANCE NO. ??-S-J.:>r AN ORDINANCE BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS, AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 87- S-l BY REZONING AN AREA OF LAND OUT OF BEXAR COVNTY AND REFLECTING SUCH CHANGE ON CERTAIN ZONING MAPS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE SCHERTZ ZONING ORDINANCE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS: SECTION I THAT Zoning Ordinance No. 87-8-1 of the City of Schertz, Texas is hereby amended in the following manner: "A. Rezone an area out of Bexar County bounded by F.M. 1518, I.H. 10 access road, Weichold Road, Binz Englemann Road, Ware Seguin Road. following the City limits around the south property line of Randolph Air Force Base and back to F.M.1518, from Predevelopment to Residential/Agriculture, with the following exceptions: 1. rezone Lower Seguin Road from F.M. 1518 to the Randolph Air Force Base East property line, for a depth of 500 feet on both sides, from predevelopment to General Business; 2. rezone the west side and east side to current City limits of F.M. 1518 from I.H. 10 to the City limits South of F.M. 78, for a depth of 500 feet, from Predevelopment to General Business 3. rezone a 10.134 acre tract of land owned by Rast Iron Works (metes and bounds attached) from General Business (750 feet on IH 10 access road) and Predevelopment (remainder of land) to M-1 Light Manufacturing. SECTION II THAT the Zoning District Maps described and referred to In Article II, Section 3.1 and 3.2 of the City of Schertz Zoning Ordinance No. 87-S-1 shall be changed to reflect the above amendments.
