AN ORDINANCE
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ,
TEXAS, AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 79-
S-15, BY REZONING 43.613 ACRES OF LAND OUT OF
COMAL COUNTY AND REFLECTING SUCH CHANGE
ON CERTAIN ZONING MAPS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE
SCHERTZ ZONING ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS:
SECTION I
THAT Zoning Ordinance No. 79-S-l5 of the City of
Schertz, Texas, is hereby amended in the following manner:
"A 43.613 acre tract of land out of Comal County,
being out of Subdivision No. 56 and 35 of the Rafael
Garza Survey No. 98, Abstract No. 175, Comal County,
Texas, also being out of the Southeastern portion of
a tract called 66.36 acres, called first tract and
described in Volume 93, Pages 230-232 of the deed
records of Comal County, Texas is changed in classi-
fication to Light Industrial. Said land is situated
between IH 35 on the south, FM 482 on the north, and
east of FM 1103, Hubertus Road."
SECTION II
THAT, the Zoning District Maps, described and referred
to in Article II, Section 3.1 and 3.2 of the City of Schertz
Zoning Ordinance No. 79-S-l5, shall be changed to reflect the
above amendment.

The undersigned, as Engineer for the Developer, Mr. Chuck Forbes,
Forbes Management, petitions the City Council for a zoning change of
a 43.613 acre tract of land situated between I.H. 35 on the south,
F.M. 482 on the north, and east of F.M. 1103, Hubertus Road.
Said 43.613 acres is presently under two (2) zoning classifications:
G.B., General Business and P.O., Pre-Development as shown with
Exhibits "A" and "B", metes and bounds descriptions; it is petitioned
that a zoning change to M-l, Light Industry, be applied to the entire
43.613 acres, Exhibit "C", metes and bounds description.

Dear Mayor Sawyer;
The undersigned, as Engineer for the Developer, Mr. Chuck Forbes,
Forbes Management, petitions the City Council for a zoning change of
a 43.613 acre tract of land situated between I.H. 35 on the south,
F.M. 482 on the north, and east of F.M. 1103, Hubertus Road.
Said 43.613 acres is presently under two (2) zoning classifications:
G.B., General Business and P.O., Pre-Development as shown with
Exhibits "A" and "B", metes and bounds descriptions; it is petitioned
that a zoning change to M-l, Light Industry,be applied to the entire
43.613 acres, Exhibit "C", m!!tes and bounds description.
