1986S14- AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE ORDINANCE NO. 8' h -5 - J J.j AN ORDINANCE BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS, AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 79- S-15, BY REZONING 77.19 ACRES OF LAND OUT OF GUADALUPE COUNTY AND REFLECTING SUCH CHANGE ON CERTAIN ZONING MAPS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE SCHERTZ ZONING ORDINANCE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS: SECTION I THAT Zoning Ordinance No. 79-S-15 of the City of Schertz, Texas, is hereby amended in the following manner: "A 77.19 acre tract of land out of Guadalupe County, being the Northwood Subdivision, is changed in classification to 4.7 acres of Office & Professional, 11.7 acres to Multi- Family Dwelling District R-4, and the remain- ing acreage reserved for R-5B Single Family Dwelling District and Drainage as shown on the submitted plan of April, 1986." SECTION II THAT the zoning District Maps, described and referred to in Article II, Section 3.1 and 3.2 of the City of Schertz Zoning Ordinance No. 79-S-15, shall be changed to reflect the above amendment.
