AN ORDINANCE
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ,
TEXAS, AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 79-S-15
BY REZONING A 62.981 ACRE TRACT OF LAND OUT
OF COMAL COUNTY TO LIGHT INDUSTRIAL (M-l) AND
REFLECTING SUCH CHANGE ON CERTAIN ZONING MAPS
IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE SCHERTZ ZONING
ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS:
SECTION I
THAT Zoning Ordinance No. 79-S-15 of the City of
Schertz, Texas, is hereby amended in the following manner:
"A 62.981 acre tract of land out of the Rafael Garza Survey
No. 98, Abstract No. 175, Comal County, Texas and being the
same property called 62.25 acres as recorded in Volume 165,
page 170 of the Comal Count)!' Deed Records,. 'be changed in cl ass i-
fication to Light Industrial (M-l J.
SECTION II
THAT the Zoning District Maps, described and referred
to in Article II, Section 3.1 and 3.2 of the City of Schertz
Zoning Ordinance No. 79-S-15, shall be changed to reflect the
above amendments.

COMMENCING: At an iron set in the north right-of-way line of
I.H. 35 for the northeast return of the intersection of I.H.
35 and F.M. 1103;
THENCE: N 59 45'00" E, 367.30 feet, N 65 01'00" E, 1004.40
feet, and N 59 45'00" E, 734.50 feet along the north right-
of-way line of I.H. 35 to an iron pin set for the southwest
corner and POINT OF 8EGINNING of the herein described 62.98
acre tract of land;
THENCE: N 30 21'58" W, 1890.99 feet to an iron pin set for
the northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE: N 59 31'27" E, 738.10 feet; N 58 24'05" E, 168.48
feet; N 58 43'55" E, 99.66 feet, and N 59 40'02" E, 446.39
feet to an iron pin set for the northeast corner of this
tract;
THENCE: S 30 02'50" E, 1900.29 feet to an iron pin set in the
north right-of-way line of I.H. 35 for the southeast corner
of this tract;
THENCE: S 59 45'00" W, 1442.00 feet along the north right-of-
way line of I.H. 35 to the POINT OF BEGINNING and containing
