2003S19A-REZONINGORDINANCE NO. 6~J ~'-/~-/~ AN ORDINANCE BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS AMENDING THE UNIFIED DEVELOPMENT CODE (UDC), ORDINANCE NO. 96-S-28, BY REZONING 12 ACRES OUT OF GUADALUPE COUNTY FROM GENERAL BUSINESS (GB) TO APARTMENT/MULTI-FAMILY RES~ENT~L DISTRICT (R-4). BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNC~ OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS: THAT, UDC Ordinance 96-S-28 of the City of Schcrtz, Texas is hereby amended in the following manner: SECTION I "Rezoning 12 acres of land out of Guadalupe County, Texas, being more particularly described in the Field Notes attached and made a part hereof, from Oeneral Business (OB) to Apartment/Multi-Family Residemial District (R-4)."
