A RESOLUTION
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ,
TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
EXECUTE A QUITCLAIM DEED TO THE HEIRS OF
WILLIAM SCHNEIDER, DECEASED, ALL GRANTOR'S
RIGHTS. TITLE AND INTEREST IN CERTAIN
PROPERTY.
WHEREAS, the city Council of the City of Schertz.
Texas is desirous of granting a Quitclaim Deed to the Heirs
of William Schneider, deceased, for the Schneider Family
Cemetery; NOW THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ.
TEXAS:
THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized to sign a
Quitclaim Deed conveying unto the Heirs of William
Schneider. deceased, all of the City's right, title, and
interest, if any, in and to the real property situated in
Guadalupe County, Texas, described on Exhibit A attached
hereto and made a part hereof for all purposes, which is the
same property described in a deed recorded in Volume 224,
Pages 500-501 of the Deed Records of Guadalupe County,
Texas.

KNOW ALL BY THESE PRESENTS:
That the City of Schertz, Texas, a Texas home rule city and municipal
corporation (the "Grantor"), for and in consideration of the sum ofTEN AND NO/100
DOLLARS ($10.00) cash and other good and valuable consideration to it in hand paid
by MERLE BEHNE, for the benefit of the heirs of William Schneider, deceased (the
"Grantee"), the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged and confessed,
has QUITCLA.JMED and by these presents does REMISE, REMIT, and QUITCL.AlM,
unto the Grantee all of the Grantor's right, title, and interest, if any, in and to the real
property situated in Guadalupe County, Texas, described on Exhibit A attached hereto
and made a part hereof for all purposes, which is the same property described in a deed
recorded in Volume 224, Pages 500-501 of the Deed Records of Guadalupe County,
Texas.
The Grantor makes no warranty or representation regarding any interest
conveyed, any right to convey any interest, or any encumbrances that may affect the
title to the property described on Exhibit A attached hereto.

Being 2.19 acres of land out of the G. Malpaz Survey No.
67, and described as follows, to wit:
Beginning at a corner post at the North corner of said
243 acre tract on S.E. side of the old San Antonio-Seguin
Road;
Thence with the NE line of said 243 acre tract S. 30-00'
E. 867.5 feet to a stake and post for East corner of this
tract;
Thence S. 60-00' W. 150 feet to a stake for South corner:
Thence N. 30-00' W. parallel with the N.E. line of said
243 acre tract 483.3 feet to a stake in existing fence
for a West corner of this tract;
Thence with said existing fence N. 61-15' E. 90 feet to
a stake for corner;
Thence N. 30-00' W. parallel with the N.E. line of said
243 acre tract 60 feet distant from same 389.9 feet to a
stake on the S.E. side of old San Antonio-Seguin Road for
corner;
Thence with said road N. 64-00' E. 60.2 feet to the place
of beginning, and being the same 2.19 acres described in
the deed from Mrs. William Schneider et al recorded in
Volume 224, pages 500-501 of the Deed Records of
Guadalupe County, Texas
