1992R01- WATER EASEMENT TO MCKINNEY HOMES RESOLUTION NO. 9'd -I?- J A RESOLUTION BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEXAS, APPROVING THE TRANSFER OF A WATER EASEMENT, BY THE CITY OF TEXAS, TO MCKINNEY HOMES. SCHERTZ, CERTAIN SCHERTZ, WHEREAS, the easement ~s no longer needed by the City of Schertz; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS: THAT Schertz, Texas described water on this has voted easement date, the City Council to approve the transfer to McKinney Homes: of the City of of the following 0.032 Acres of land out of Lot 9, Block 12, Savannah Square, Unit 2, Subdivision, City of Schertz, Guadalupe County, Texas, according to plat thereof recorded in Volume 5, Pages 52B, 53A and 53B, plat Records of Guadalupe County, Texas; Said 0.032 acres parcel being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the of Lots 8 and subdivision ~n line of Drayton; most 9 of the southerly common corner the above referenced northerly right-of-way THENCE along the common line Lots 8 and 9, North 29 degrees a distance of 140.05 feet northerly common corner of said between 43' 00" to the Lots; said West, most THENCE along the Northerly line of lot 9, North 60 degrees 17' 00" East, a distance of 10.00 feet; THENCE along a line 10.00 feet from and parallel to the common line of said Lots 8 and 9, South 29 degrees 43' 00" East, a distance of 141.54 feet to a point in the Northerly right-of-way line of Drayton; THENCE along said right-of-way line and along the arc of a curve to the left having a radius of 50.00 feet, a delta angle of 11 degrees 36' 15". a chord bearing of South 68 degrees 42' 59" West and a chord distance of 10.11 feet. a distance of 10.13 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING and containing 0.032 Acres (1,406 Square Feet) of land, more or less.
