BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TEXAS, APPROVING THE TRANSFER OF A
WATER EASEMENT, BY THE CITY OF
TEXAS, TO MCKINNEY HOMES.

WHEREAS, the easement ~s no longer needed by the City
of Schertz; NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS:
THAT

more particularly described as follows:
