A RESOLUTION
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE
WATER PROJECT TANK
EASEMENT.
THE CITY OF SCHERTZ,
PURCHASE OF LAND FOR
AND INGRESS/EGRESS
WHEREAS, the

STATE OF TEXAS:
COUNTY OF BEXAR:
FIELDNOTES for Tract "A", 0.118 acres of land being a 25
foot ingress/egress easement, serving Tract "B", and being
out of that certain 18.000 acre tract of land conveyed to
Robert J. Cantu by a Deed of Trust recorded in Volume 8322,
Pages 711-714 of the Deed Records of Bexar County, Texas,
and a Release of Lien recorded in Volume 3396, Page 1300 of
the Real Property Records of Bexar County, Texas and said
Tract "A" being out of the J.P. Hector Survey No.1,
Abstract No. 1147, County Block 5061 situated in Bexar
County, Texas and being more particularly described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a 1/2 inch iron rod set for the Northeast
corner of this tract and being South 59' 16' 54" West 464.90
feet from a 1/2 inch iron rod set at the cut-off line at the
bend in Ware-Seguin Road and being North 59' 16' 54" East
approximately 158 feet from the intersection of the South
right-of-way line of Ware-Seguin Road with the survey line
between the J.P. Hector Survey No.1 and the Stacey B. Lewis
Survey No. 317;
THENCE, parallel to and 25.00 feet off of the West boundary
line of the aforementioned Robert J. Cantu 18.000 acre tract
South 04' 42' 39" East 212.00 feet to a 1/2 inch iron rod
set for the Southeast corner of this tract, lying on the
North line of Tract "B";
THENCE, along the North line of Tract "B" South 85' 17' 21"

Tract "A", a 25 foot ingress/egress easement, and being out
of that certain 18.000 acre tract of land conveyed to Robert
J. Cantu by a Deed of Trust recorded in Volume 8322, Pages
711-714 of the Deed Records of Bexar County, Texas, and a
Release of Lien recorded in Volume 3396, Page 1300 of the
Real Property Records of Bexar County, Texas and said Tract
"B" being 0.863 acres out, of the J.P. Hector Survey No. I,
Abstract No. 1147, County Block 5061 and 0.055 acres out of
the Stacy B. Lewis Survey No. 317, County Block 5068,
situated in Bexar County, Texas and being more particularly
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a 1/2 inch iron rod set for the Northwest
corner of Tract "B" and the Southwest corner of Tract "A"
and lying on the West boundary line of the aforementioned
Robert J. Cantu 18.000 acre tract, said rod being South 04.
42' 39" East 200.00 feet from a 1/2 inch iron rod set for
the Northwest corner of Tract "A", lying on the South right-
of-way line of Ware-Seguin Road, and being South 59. 16' 54"
West 492.72 feet from a 1/2 inch iron rod set at the cut-off
of the bend in Ware-Seguin Road;
