Consider and act upon a request of a preliminary plat of the Misty Woods Subdivision, consisting
of approximately 12.15 acres of land in the T. Herrera Survey No. 153, City of Schertz, Guadalupe
County, Texas and is generally located on Schertz Parkway approximately 770? north of Live Oak
Road. This property is currently zoned Single-Family Residential District-7 (R-7).
