AN ORDINANCE APPOINTING THE IDARD OF EQUALIZATION "DR THE CITY OF
SCHER~'Z, TEXAS, FOR THE YEAR 1967, PROVIDING FOR THEIR DUTIES AND
COMPENSATION, AND TIME OF I'1EETING.
WHEREAS, the time has now arrived for the work of the Board
of Equalization to begin and no such Board has yet been appointed
for the year 1967, nCM therefore.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITI COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ,
TEXAS:

)Q~/A-t'J R. ~ 'IA )f M)' are hereby appointed to the Board of Equal-
ization of the City of Schertz, Texas, for the year 1967, who
are to perform the duties of such Board of Equalization for the
City of Schertz, Texas, as prescribed by the Constitution and Laws
of the State of Texas, and ordinance of the City of Schertz, Texas;
such Board shall receive all the assessnent lists and books of the
assessor of the City of Schertz, Texas, for examination, correction,
equalization, appraisenent, and approval for the City of Schertz,
Texas; the nembers thereof shall receive for their compensation
the sum of $SO.OO (Fifty Dollars); and such shall be convened on
the ,qrh day of ()f),~Pl , 1967, in the City Hall at Schertz,
Texas at o..:J.:.iU) A. M. At each neeting of said board the Cttt,y
Secretary shall act as secretary therefor.
