APPROVING THE CHliNGE IN CONSTRUCTION
PLliNS FOR PARCEL 52-2 FOR TRI-CITIES
ENTERPRISE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Schertz approved the price
and conditions of the sale of Parcel 52-2 to Tri-Cities Enterprise by
Ordinance #73-U-15, dated August 21, 1973; and
WHEREAS, a request was received from Tri-Cities Enterprise by the
Urban Renewal Agency of the City of Schertz to enlarge their development
from a duplex to a four (4) unit residential complex; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners of the Urban Renewal Agency of the
City of Schertz have accepted the changes in construction plans for the de-
velopment of a four (4) unit residential complex for Parcel 52-2 and recom-
mended the acceptance to the City Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SCHERTZ:
1. The development plans for a four (4) unit residential complex
submitted by Tri-Cities Enterprise for Parcel 52-2 are hereby accepted.
2. The redevelopment plans for Parcel 52-2 are subject to the res-
trictions of the Redevelopment Plan for Buffalo Valley North Project Tex.
R-112, as approved and amended and is on file in the Office of the Executive
Director.
3. The City Secretary is hereby directed to furnish copies of this
Ordinance to the Executive Director of the Urban Renewal Agency.

Resolution #186, dated August 13, 1973, based on the development oj' a duplex;
and
WHEREc,S, the City of Schertz approvsd the price and conditions of the
sale by Ordinance #73-U-15, dated August 21, 19"(3; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Housing and Urban Development offered no ob-
jection in a letter dated August 10, 1973, for the development of a duplex;
and
WHEREAS, a contract for sale of land for private redevelopment was
negotiated lath Tri-Cities Enterprise, November 7, 1973; a'1d
WHEREAS, upon final payment, by Tri-Cities Enterprise, a Warranty Deed
was issued November 12, 1973; and
WHEREAS, the final construction plans for the development of a dU1Jlex
were approved December 4, 1973; and
WHEREAS, on January 7, 1974, a request was received from Tri-Cities
Enterprise to enlarge their development from a duplex to a four (4) unit
residential cOinplex; and
WHEREAS, the four (4) unit residential complex is in accord ,.ith the
land use zoning regulations of the approved Urban Renewal Plan for said
Project; and
WHEREAS, the four (4) unit residential complex is not in excess of the
recommendation of our reuse appraisal; now, therefore

3. The Agency's Executive Director is hereby directed to forward this
Agency's action of accepting the development of a four (4) unit residential

City of Schertz and the Departn~ent 01' Housing and Urban :Development for ap-
proval.
